Special Download Note for AOL 9

Some AOL 9 users have experienced difficulty when using the AOL browser to download files from Jasc.com. To avoid this inconvenience, you may wish to order the boxed version of this software instead. Or, if you still want to download your software, you may follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Disconnect from your current AOL session.

  2. Start a new AOL session and sign in.

  3. While connected to AOL minimize the AOL window.

  4. Open the Internet Explorer browser by clicking the Internet Explorer icon either on the Desktop or by going to Start > Programs > Internet Explorer.

  5. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer to place your order.
